Variations

Mangoes

I used fresh non-fibrous mangoes for making this milkshake because they make the best creamy milkshake. You can use any of your favorite mangoes for making this milkshake, just make sure they are ripe and juicy.

If you don’t have fresh mangoes, then you can also use canned mango pulp, or puree for making milkshake.

Milk

I used whole milk for this mango shake recipe, you can also use semi-skimmed, or fat-free milk. Non-dairy milk like coconut milk, almond milk, cashew milk, or oat milk.

Sweeteners

I have used sugar in this recipe, but you can also use raw cane sugar, brown sugar, coconut sugar, palm sugar, honey, maple syrup, or jaggery. If the mangoes are too sweet, then you can completely omit the sweetener.

Flavorings

I have used saffron and cardamom flavorings in this mango shake recipe. But you can also make this using rose water, vanilla extract, mango extract, or even ground cinnamon. However, if you don’t want to add any flavorings, then you can surely make it without any added flavors.

This would still taste great.

Ice Cream

I added homemade vanilla ice cream in this mango milkshake recipe, but if you want you can also make it with mango ice cream or ruit and nut ice cream. If you want to make a mango milkshake without ice cream then you can skip adding it.
