Instant coffee powder:
I have added some instant coffee powder for a hint of to this pudding. You can also add brewed coffee or espresso here. Adding coffee is optional though. So if you are not into coffee, then feel free to omit it from the recipe.
I have added maple syrup for this recipe, but you can also swap it with honey, coconut sugar, or any other sweetener of your choice.

This is how you make it in 8 simple steps:
