Rose petals – You can also add crushed dried rose petals to the drink.
How to make Rose Syrup?
Making rose syrup at home is very easy. Add water and sugar to a pan and cook until sugar is dissolved. After that, add fresh and dried rose petals and cook covered for 10 minutes on low heat. Add lemon juice and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Then add rose and kewra essence and cook for 2 more minutes or until the syrup gets a sticky consistency. If you want exact measurements and instructions, then you can check the homemade rose syrup recipe I have previously shared on this website.

Tips, and tricks to make the best Iced Rose Latte
-
If you want intense floral flavor and aroma, then you can also add a splash of rose water or a few drops of rose extract to this rose milk coffee.
-
I have added milk without frothing. However, if you want the creamy foam in your latte then I would recommend frothing the milk before pouring it over the coffee.
-
You don’t need any additional sugar or simple syrup after adding rose syrup. However, if you prefer a sweeter rose coffee, then you can increase the amount of rose syrup or add sugar as per your taste.
-
Don’t have a milk frother? Don’t worry, the other way of making this latte is very simple. Add all the ingredients (except ice cubes) to a shaker or coffee flask and shake. Then pour this latte over ice cubes.
-
If you want creamy coffee then you can replace half of the milk with coffee creamer.
