» For making Iced Rose Latte

  1. Add 4 teaspoons of instant coffee into a cup. Pour in 60 ml of boiling water and stir well until the coffee has dissolved. Or slightly froth the coffee using a milk frother. Keep it aside.
  2. Fill a 350 ml tall glass to the top with ice cubes. Pour the freshly brewed espresso over the ice cubes.
  3. Top with rose syrup and milk. You can also garnish rise latte with dried rose petals.
  4. Stir the drink. Serve and enjoy.

RECIPE NOTES

  1. If you want deep floral aroma, then you can also add a splash of rose water or a few drops of rose extract to this rose milk coffee.
  2. I have added milk without frothing. However, if you want the creamy foam in your latte then I would recommend frothing the milk before pouring it over the coffee.
  3. If you want creamy coffee then you can replace half of the milk with coffee creamer.
