What is Paratha?

Tomato paratha or tamatar ka paratha is so deliciously spicy and tangy flatbread, that one can even have them without anything. Seriously, they are insanely delicious with such a pleasant and unique flavor of tomatoes, and so addictive that you won’t be able to stop at just one.

Don’t believe me? Try it yourself. Sometimes, when I am so hungry I even eat them straight out of the tawa/pan just like that.

And when I have some leftovers, then I simply roast them on the pan and then I smear this garlic chutney on top, and make a roll outta it. It instantly becomes one of the best comfy and satisfying meals ever.

And another reason why I can’t resist this paratha is because of its naturally alluring color. Anyways who can resist beautiful colors when it comes to food — the more the better. Isn’t it? 🙂
