Can I make Peach Lassi with Greek Yogurt?
Yes, you can use Greek yogurt that is not too thick. Plain sweet lassi made with natural yogurt (plain dahi) is relatively thin (a bit like watery) and light. But the flavored ones are a bit thick, so I generally use any thick and creamy yogurt to my flavored lassi recipes.
Here, I used 2% Greek yogurt. You can use any type of natural yogurt. Just don’t use too thick yogurt, such as 10% Turkish or Greek yogurt here.
