  • Cottage Cheese: It is another key ingredient of this breakfast bagel recipe. I have used ¼ cup cottage cheese.  full fat cottage cheese here, as it adds a lot more creaminess and taste.

However, if you want a lighter or low-fat version of this bagel recipe, then you can also opt for low-fat cottage cheese.

  • Jam: To sweeten it up and make it fruity, I have used homemade strawberry jam here. You can also use other jams or marmalades of your choice. You can also go for honey or maple syrup to sweeten cream cheese to your liking.
