» How To Make Cottage Cheese Bagel

  1. Slice the vanilla bagel in half and keep it aside. Tip: If you like a crispy bagel, feel free to toast it slightly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add cottage cheese and 1 tablespoon of strawberry jam, or to taste. Mix well until well combined.
  3. Place the vanilla bagel halves on a serving plate. Top the bagels with the cottage cheese jam mixture.
  4. Sprinkle them with almond flakes, and top with some more jam.
  5. Your Cottage Cheese Jam Bagels are ready to be served. Enjoy them as a delicious breakfast, or a late-night snack with your favorite drink.

RECIPE NOTES

  1. I have topped this bagel with some jam and almond flakes. You can go with any topping of your choice. You can even sprinkle them with cinnamon sugar.
  2. I have used the bagel without toasting, but you can also toast it in a pan or in an air fryer until golden brown for the perfect texture before assembling.
