Why I call this a superfood day?
That’s because I am sharing a superfood recipe today. And that superfood is ‘Quick And Easy Pineapple Kiwi Honey Yogurt Parfait’.

And this way you will save 20-30 mins of cooking time on the breakfast. Oh! Wow! You can actually save those 20-30 minutes for that extra sleep. I think that’s a plus! 🙂
Even extra 10 minutes are so GOOD for a person like me – who loves to sleep till late in the mornings. 😉

This parfait is kid friendly too! They will get all the nutrients, plus everything what they like to eat. So it’s way too delicious breakfast for them! Kids just love it. This is especially true for the kids who are not so fond of porridge.
They would just love to dig into these adorable glasses.

And if you want to have these for desserts too, then you have plenty of time for chilling. So just chill it for about 1-2 hours, and you are good to go.

This yogurt parfait is an exquisite, healthy breakfast or dessert. It would be ready within 5 minutes, and you can have a sweet treat anytime of the day.
In fact this would surely satisfy your dessert cravings after a nice dinner. Everyone will just love the taste of it!
I have used digestive cookies for this particular recipe, but you can replace this with any of your favorite cookies, or even with granola.
Now you can tell that I am super excited. Actually, this superfood has made me super excited! 🙂

This dessert can be done in 5 minutes. They are good when eaten cold right out of the fridge or at room temperature. It’s totally up to you!

I usually make small glasses, but one is never enough for me! I take at least two. And why not, they are guilt-free!! 🙂

Let’s learn to make Quick And Easy Pineapple Kiwi Honey Yogurt Parfait!
Add 2 tsp honey to kiwi and mix well. Add 2 tsp honey to pineapple and mix well. Add 2 tbsp honey to yogurt and mix well. When ready to assemble, place yogurt in bottom of glasses.
Add a layer of cookies crust. Then a layer of pineapple. And then second layer of yogurt. Then a layer of cookies crust. And then a layer of kiwi. Third layer of yogurt. Then a layer of cookies crust. And then a layer of pineapple.
- digestive cookies crust - ½ cup
- natural full fat yogurt, chilled - 1 cup
- pineapple chopped and chilled - ¼ cup
- kiwi chopped and chilled - ¼ cup
- cherry for topping
- Add 2 tsp honey to kiwi and mix well.
- Add 2 tsp honey to pineapple and mix well.
- Add 2 tbsp honey to yogurt and mix well.
- When ready to assemble, place yogurt in bottom of glasses. Add a layer of cookies crust. Then a layer of pineapple.
- And then second layer of yogurt. Then a layer of cookies crust. And then a layer of kiwi.
- Third layer of yogurt. Then a layer of cookies crust. And then a layer of pineapple.
- Top with some more yogurt and a cherry. Dig in and enjoy!
