“This Pineapple Blueberry Raspberry Breakfast Layered Smoothie is a perfect way to give yourself and your guests a new smoothie experience.
Here is a fresh Monday again!
So how about if I start this week with a layered smoothie? Or what if I say that this is a kind of drink which I would love to have for breakfast this whole week?
Cool, don’t you think so friends! 🙂
If you have any doubt about its cool-factor, then check out this ELEGANCE and you will know!
Yes, this is exactly what you see here. It is not an illusion, this is actually a three LAYERED smoothie.
I think I have already written about my smoothie love, so I suppose most of you already know that smoothies are one of my favorite things to make for breakfasts, especially when I want something quick, healthy and DELECTABLE for breakfast.
At such times, I try to go for a smoothie to kick start the day!
That’s why sometimes I like to serve smoothies at breakfast, and this three LAYERED Pineapple Blueberry Raspberry Breakfast Layered Smoothie is a definite hit at breakfasts!
Yes, I am exactly talking about this layered tropical CHARMER you are seeing here! Imagine a Smoothie which is flavor packed with fruits and vitamins to complement the indulging summer season. JUST DIVINE! 🙂
Honestly tell me, what would you choose — a gorgeous looking layered smoothie vs a regular smoothie, given that both of them have the same ingredients?
In such a case, for me there is no option at all. Undoubtedly, I would go for the visuals, and looks are obviously more pleasant in a layered smoothie! 🙂
I know your answer would probably also be a layered smoothie! Now you know the reason that I wish to drink it for whole week! 🙂
Do you guys remember from my last post of Yeast Free Naan where I stated that we will not go for bonfire if it rains, and will have party at home for this midsummer celebration?
Yes, it rained. So we did not go out ourselves, instead, we invited a couple of friends at home, and had an awesome party. YAYY!
I made this layered smoothie as their welcome drink. And believe me they were all flattered by the looks of this alluring drink full of tropical goodness! 🙂
And to my surprise, one of the friends instantly reacted just by looking at the glass, “OMG! Did you really make this summer beauty at home? I am dying to have a sip of this goodness.” 🙂
It only takes a few extra minutes to make layers, but nothing can beat the WOW factor of this layered smoothie! And that extra time is worth it! 🙂
This tropical layered smoothie is perfect for summer; chock full of pineapple, blueberries, and raspberries. I also added greek yogurt to give it a power boost, and honey for the sweetness factor. The final outcome was this awesome looking smoothie!
In this three layered smoothie, raspberry is at the bottom, pineapple at the middle and blueberries at the top. You can just throw everything in the blender if you don’t have time to make layers. Still, you will have a pretty pink smoothie for yourself.
This smoothie is creamy, cool, and tropical — the perfect summer breakfast, or as a post workout snack. I used fresh pineapple and frozen berries to add thickness to its creamy consistency. But you can also use all-frozen or all-fresh fruits. Whatever suits you best! 🙂
This layering does not take so much time, and it is so appealing too!
Let me tell you a fun thing. It’s that you can drink it in different ways: just start to sip, or give it a swirl or stir it well with your straw. Each different way gives it a different flavor and combination within every sip.
And to tell you about the kids — they too would really love to dig in this smoothie with such bright and vibrant colors.
This Pineapple Blueberry Raspberry Breakfast Layered Smoothie is a perfect way to give yourself and your guests a new smooth smoothie experience with this layered fruit surprise smoothie recipe.
Once you swirl in that pineapple, raspberry, and blueberry goodness, the balance of sweetness is absolute at the perfection. It’s not overly sweet but just enough to get you going.
And the best part about this smoothie is that you only need 5 ingredients – pineapple, raspberries, blueberries, yogurt and honey. BLEND, and BLEND and BLEND, and you are done! That’s it!
And if by chance you are not too much into smoothies for breakfast, this would also go excellently as a post-workout drink or brunch.
On a final note, this smoothie is all about tropical foods, and has everything you will want to have on a hot summer day.
And what could be better than a good creamy Pineapple Berry Smoothie! It is filling and packed with vitamins and nutrients that provides so many good health benefits.
I did not set my layers in freezer. However, if you want a clean and firm line between layers you can simply place smoothie glass in the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes for each layer.
Freezing process would give you a nice clean line between layers, so long as you spoon or pour it on very gently.
And like most of the colorful things, this is surely gonna be a super hit with the kids too. 🙂
Add raspberries, ¼ cup yogurt and 1 tsp honey to a jar and blend until smooth. Set aside. Add blueberries, ¼ cup yogurt and 1 tsp honey to a jar and blend until smooth. Set aside. Add pineapple, 1/2 cup yogurt and 2 tsp honey to a jar and blend until smooth. Set aside.
To layer smoothie, gently spoon equal amounts of raspberry smoothie into each of four glasses. Repeat with pineapple smoothie and blueberry smoothie. Garnish with pineapple chunks, and serve immediately.
