  • Heat a pan with water, and boil your pasta according to the instructions on packet. Drain, and keep it aside.
  • Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan. Add onions and chopped red chili to oil. Cook for 3 minutes, and add tomato, garlic, salt, 1 tsp oregano and mix well.
  • Cook for two more minutes, and add curry powder, and tomato ketchup and mix well. Cook for 5 minute more. Pasta Sauce is ready.
  • Add pasta to the prepared sauce, and mix well, and remove from heat.

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F/175 degrees C.
  • Coat a glass pan or casserole dish with oil. layer half of the pasta to the pan, and top with 12 cup of French fries, and 12 cup of mozzarella cheese.
  • Repeat the same process for the second layer.
