» How to Make Garlic Potato Pasta Casserole //

  1. Heat a pan with water, and boil your pasta according to the instructions on packet. Drain, and keep it aside.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan. Add onions and chopped red chili to oil. Cook for 3 minutes, and add tomato, garlic, salt, 1 tsp oregano and mix well.
  3. Cook for two more minutes, and add curry powder, and tomato ketchup and mix well. Cook for 5 minute more. Pasta Sauce is ready.
  4. Add pasta to the prepared sauce, and mix well, and remove from heat.
