Chipotle aioli–this sauce is a killer! 🙂
The first time when I made this dish, I simply decided to add sweet potatoes to the chickpeas, and just played with few spices. I ended up with these tantalizing patties, which are really super sensational, classic, and so well done.
Now this is a frequent flyer in my kitchen. And here I am hoping that it can also become a frequent dish in your home too! 🙂 Making these patties are so easy!
These patties would be ready to be grabbed and attacked in less than 30-minutes, excluding freezing time though. If you include freezing time too, this would be an hour MAXIMUM.
Try to make them in a large batch, so that you can use this for snacking the next day or may be the whole meal again. These patties come together super quickly and effortlessly. You will not have any hard time in holding, and making them into disc shapes.
You can simply roast these in very little oil, if you’ve freezed them for 30 minutes. No need to shallow fry at all. Or you can bake these! It’s upto you. ****
Weather was rainy here and demanded much more in terms of GOOD FOOD. And unexpectedly, I started dreaming about some fried food. So this time I had no choice. I simply shallow fried these patties. 🙂
Chipotle aioli—it’s SO GOOD. And it’s as simple as dumping some mayonnaise, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, chipotle sauce, lemon juice into a bowl and stirring it together. Chipotle aioli would only need a whisk! ****
Now it’s time to build your own burger! This is super fun part. You can customize your own meal according to likes and dislikes. Throwing it all in pita or bun. Add some veggies and dressing. And you are done. Does it sound a lot of work?
Ii might sound like that, but it’s really quick. 🙂
These patties were just beyond delicious to me, so I had these with chipotle aioli only. No buns were added to my meal.
