A perfect cool dessert to help you cool down on a hot summer day. This is a quick and easy recipe which makes a perfect treat when you have sweet cravings, but don’t want to eat greasy desserts.

Let’s learn to make Blueberry Mango Froyo Marble Bars in easy to understand quick steps.

Pour all the ingredients of blueberry lassi in a blender and puree until smooth.

Pour all the ingredients of mango lassi in a another blender and puree until smooth.

Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, and spread blueberry lassi evenly inside. Top with 4-5 spoonfuls of mango lassi. Use a clean bread knife to gently swirl the lassi.

Cover with the cling film, and freeze overnight or until solid. Remove parchment paper, and cut into 7-8 bars.

Wrap each bar individually with the cling film before refreezing them. Blueberry Mango Froyo Marble Bars are ready for consumption. Enjoy!

  • blueberries – 1/4 cup
  • white sugar – 5-7 tablespoons or as per taste
  • cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
For Mango Lassi //
