Banana Raspberry Coconut Smoothie with Tiramisu Ice Cream is an AWESOME smoothie, so full of healthy antioxidants. Also it has a beautiful color. A dollop of ice-cream with some nuts and raspberry jam on top. That’s it!

Do you guys know that I was waiting to tell you all about my daughter Ado’s newest found love. Wait, wait, it’s not a boy 😉

It’s a food item. Yes! I am talking about some classic, and a perfect smoothie. Okay, I am warning you — this might make you laugh (Don’t say I didn’t warn you). 😉

Last weekend was an absolute smoothie time for me. Why, you ask? Because of my darling daughter.

Ado wasn’t that much into smoothies, until I made this Banana Raspberry Coconut Smoothie with Tiramisu Ice Cream for her. And now she seems plainly obsessed about this smoothie.

After enjoying this, it’s clear that she has been loving it, as she has been asking about this smoothie the whole weekend. Now you know why I was living smoothie whole weekend! 🙂

In the past, I have tried SO hard to get Ado to try some tropical fruits, and even made many smoothies for her. But she just did not like any smoothies. She is so stubborn about not eating fruits. Especially, if they are berries.

So this coconut addition to the smoothie was a trial rescue mission.

I don’t even remember how many times I have tried to make her drink some smoothie, and she has always refused to try them, even once. Ado hates berries, but I LOVE berries. See, we can’t always say, “Like Mom, like Daughter”.

So, it’s clear-cut now that Ado never loved smoothies. Nevertheless, she loves to eat coconut. So I figured, why not adding her favorite coconut to the smoothie. She might like it. And that’s why, this one was a must-try for me. Thus, I made it.

Ya, I made a smoothie with desiccated coconut instead of coconut milk. I didn’t do much to convince her after she sank her lips in this sweet, nutty, slightly tangy, and the yummiest smoothie ever. Now she is loving it.

While making this smoothie, Ado stood beside me to make sure that this smoothie has coconut. She watched every single step enthusiastically. Once the smoothie was ready, Ado asked, “Mumma, what’s this?” I then told her the name. She suddenly jumped and screamed, Yeah!

Ice Cream coconut smoothie! 🙂 And her eagerness made me laugh.

She took her first sip of this smoothie, and that moment was a game changer. She is now addicted to this smoothie. And I am addicted too. Thus, I am warning you all, that you will probably be as well. 😉

I think her love of coconut has converted her heart for sure. I don’t know how long she would demand for this smoothie. But she is asking this everyday now, that I know for sure! 😉 Kids change so fast and so do their likes and dislikes.

I just hope that she would also start loving other smoothies now!

Seeing Ado getting so crazy about this smoothie, Abhishek asked me, “What was so special in that smoothie?” I simply winked and said, “It’s Mommy magic. You will never know what is in there.” And we both chuckled.

A smoothie recipe could not get any easier than this. This is so easy to make, and would take only 2 minutes of your time, and you’re done. Yeah!!!

It has all the amazing flavors one would need. The combination of gorgeous health-packed raspberries and bananas is damn good.

A full pack of awesome YUM flavors!
