  1. In a medium bowl, add all the salsa ingredients.
  2. Gently toss to combine well. Taste for seasonings, keep in refrigerate for 30 minutes.

» For Tortilla Poha //

  1. Grind tortilla in a food processor or crumble them with hands.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add asafetida, cumin seeds, mustard seeds and allow them to crackle.
  3. Add onion and saute for 3 minutes.
  4. Add green peas and saute well.
  5. Now add tomatoes, crumbled tortilla, rec chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt.
  6. Mix well and cook for about 5 minutes or until slightly crisp, stirring occasionally.
  7. Add garam masala, lemon juice and cook for few more seconds and remove from heat.
  8. Serve along with chilled kiwi peanut salsa. Enjoy!
