  1. Pre-heat the oven to 170°C/340°F.
  2. In a big bowl combine flour, nigella seeds, garlic powder, salt, sugar, pepper and chopped spring onion greens.
  3. Mix well with a spoon. Add oil and mix well again.
  4. Add warm water to make stiff dough.
  5. Cover with a plastic and set aside for 30 minutes.
  6. Dust some dry flour on dough ball and roll out the dough.
  7. Prick the holes with a fork.
  8. Take a round cookie cutter cut out cookie rounds. Repeat this process for the remaining dough as well.
  9. Place parchment paper on baking tray and arrange crackers on it.
  10. Brush with oil and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes until they are light brown.
  11. Take crackers out of the oven and let them cool down before storing.
  12. Enjoy them with a cup of tea or coffee.

RECIPE NOTES

  1. Store these crackers in a paper lined air-tight container for up tp 10 days.
