RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS

» How to Make Rose Overnight Oats

  1. In a bowl or container, combine the 1 ½ cups milk (I used coconut), rose syrup, chia seeds, cardamom powder, and rose petals jam. Stir well to combine.
  2. Add some more milk if needed, I have used about 2 cups of milk in total. Cover the bowl with a silicone stretching lid. Refrigerate it overnight.
  3. In the morning, uncover the bowl. Give it a good stir. Transfer it to a bowl, and top it with crushed pistachios, rose petal jam, crushed dried rose petals, and banana slices. Drizzle with the rose syrup. Serve chilled and enjoy the delightful and flavorsome combination of the oats and rose petals. Alternatively, you can also heat the rose overnight oats before serving.

RECIPE NOTES

  1. You can top it with additional fresh fruit, nuts, or seeds for added texture and flavor.
  2. You can use any kind of milk you prefer, such as cow's milk, almond milk, soy milk, or coconut milk.
  3. You can increase or decrease the amount of rose syrup as per your taste preference.
  4. You can swap bananas with other fruits or berries as per your choice.
