» How to Make No-Bake Cream Cheese Lemon Mousse //

  1. In a large bowl, using an electric hand mixer beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until light and soft.
  2. In an another bowl, using an electric hand mixer, whip together the whipping cream and sugar until stiff peaks form.
  3. Add the whip cheese mixture, lemon zest, and lemon juice into to the cream cheese mixture and fold in gently to combine well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag.
  5. Pipe mousse into your serving glasses.
  6. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until chilled.
  7. Sprinkle with white chocolate shavings and rainbow nonpareils and enjoy.
