  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, and bay leaf to it.
  2. When the seeds start to crackle, add onion slices to it.
  3. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Now add sliced mushroom, corn kernels, peas, salt, and garam masala to it.
  4. Mix well, and cook for 5-6 minutes. Add cooked rice, and raisins to the cooked vegetables.
  5. Mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
  6. Add lemon juice to it, and mix well.
  7. Mushroom Peas Corn Pulao is ready.
  8. Serve hot with any curry & raita. Enjoy!
