» Making Mango Smoothie

  1. Dice or chop mangoes. Then add chopped mangoes to a high-powered blender. You can also use frozen 3 cups of mangoes.
  2. After that, add frozen bananas to the blender. You can use fresh bananas if using frozen mangoes. Also, add chilled milk and chilled yogurt.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy. You can add honey/maple syrup to balance the tart flavor and blend everything again.
  4. Pour mango smoothie into glasses and enjoy chilled.

RECIPE NOTES

  1. You can also top the smoothie with chopped mangoes and chopped nuts
  2. Make sure you use a high-powered blender if you?re using frozen mangoes and frozen bananas. This would ensure that everything gets blended nicely.
  3. Always use chilled ingredients when making a mango smoothie.
  4. Adding sweetener is completely optional in this recipe. Don?t add any sweetener if your mangoes are sweet. I have added some honey because my mangoes were not that sweet. You can also add maple syrup or any other sweetener of your choice.
