» How to Make Indian Style Spiced Salad Bruschetta:

  1. Take a mixing bowl. In a mixing bowl, add onion, cucumber, tomatoes, orange, fresh mint leaves, lemon juice, black salt, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala powder, red chili powder (lal mirch powder), green chilies to the mixing bowl.
  2. Toss everything well to combine. Let the salad sit for 10 minutes.
  3. To make the yogurt dressing, add yogurt and green coriander chutney to a mixing bowl. Mix well until combined.
  4. Slice baguette and toast well from both sides.
  5. Top toast slices with spiced salad.
  6. Sprinkle yogurt dressing on top.
  7. Serve with your favorite drink.
