» How to Make Schezwan Fried Rice

  1. Heat oil in a pan or wok.
  2. Once the oil is hot enough, add the crushed garlic and finely chopped ginger.
  3. Sauté on high heat for 30-40 seconds or till they turn are slightly golden color.
  4. Add sliced spring onions and saute for 1 minute.
  5. Now add chopped french beans, chopped carrots, chopped bell pepper, chopped carrots, chopped cabbage, and chopped mushrooms.
  6. Stir fry these vegetables on a high heat for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Add schezwan sauce, ground pepper, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, and mix them well with the all the veggies.
  8. Add rice, salt, and spring onion green slices and toss well until sauce coats the rice.
  9. Garnish with spring sliced spring greens and sesame seeds and serve hot.
