  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add bay leaf to it, and cook for 2 seconds. Add chopped garlic, chopped green chili, and sliced onions.
  2. Mix well and cook for 3 minutes. Add sliced tomatoes and cook for 2 more minutes.
  3. Now add turmeric powder, salt, and garam masala powder. Mix well and cook for a minute.
  4. Add cooked chana and fry for 10 minutes. Garnish with chopped onions, green chili and lemon slices.
  5. Enjoy it as it is or serve it as a side along with plain roti, avocado paratha, steamed rice, papad, and pickle. Enjoy!!
