RECIPE INGREDIENTS

- 3 medium ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
- 1 1/2 cups milk of your choice
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 4 shots espresso
- 3 cups ice cubes, or as needed
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
» How To Make Banana Iced Latte
- Add the banana, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes. Pour the two shots of espresso over the ice into each glass.
- Slowly pour the banana milk over the espresso. Sprinkle with some ground cinnamon.
- Stir well and serve immediately.
RECIPE NOTES
- Use a ripe banana for the best flavor and natural sweetness.
- You can replace the maple syrup with one soft, pitted Medjool date.
- Dairy or non-dairy milk can be used.
- If using brewed coffee instead of espresso, use strong chilled coffee.
