» How To Make Banana Date Smoothie //

  1. Place all the smoothie ingredients in a blender jar.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  3. Divide smoothie between 4 small or 2 large glasses.
  4. Sprinkle with sliced almonds and toasted coconut.
  5. Serve immediately with any of your favorite snacks.


  1. You can also use frozen banana slices for this smoothie. If using frozen bananas, then reduce the amount of ice or else it would turn out super cold.
