  1. Heat a pan. Add evaporated milk to it and boil it. (If, you are using whole milk, then cook till the milk is reduced to half.
  2. Reduce the heat.
  3. Crush saffron strands along with 1 tablespoon milk.
  4. Add crushed saffron to milk, and let it cook for 5 minutes over low heat.
  5. Now add almonds, khoya, and sugar to it.
  6. Mix well & cook for 3 minutes.
  7. Add pistachio, cardamom powder, and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes.
  8. Remove from heat, and add rose water to it. Mix well and let it cool slightly.
  9. Garnish with chopped pistachio, and dried rose petals. Serve warm & enjoy!
