- Large ripe bananas (about 350 grams)
- 200 grams dark chocolate (70%) - I used sugar-free
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder (optional)

RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
» How to Make Chocolate Banana Cake
- Break the dark chocolate into small pieces and melt it in the microwave in short intervals, or use a double boiler. Peel the ripe bananas, add them to the bowl, and blend using a hand blender until smooth.
- Add the cinnamon powder, if using, and mix until smooth and well combined. Pour the batter into a lined baking tin, tap the pan gently to remove air bubbles, and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
- Once set, remove the cake from the pan and garnish with dark chocolate shavings. Top with crushed or chopped hazelnuts. Your no-bake chocolate banana cake is ready! Slice and enjoy with a glass of milk or a cup of coffee.
