  1. Heat a pan, and add the cumin seeds, cloves, fennel seeds, star anise, cinnamon, black and peppercorns to it.
  2. Dry roast spices on low heat for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Let them cool for 5-6 minutes.
  4. Once cooled, transfer roasted spices, black salt, dried mango powder, and salt to a grinder jar.
  5. Grind well to make a fine powder. Sandwich masala is ready. You can store it in an air-tight container.

  1. Cut off the edges of each bread slice and smear them with some butter.
  2. Now add green chutney and spread on bread slices.
  3. Arrange potato slices and sprinkle some sandwich masala.
  4. Now arrange tomato slices, beetroot slices, cucumber slices, onion slices and sprinkle some more sandwich masala.
  5. Cover it with another slice of bread, chutney-side facing downwards and press it slightly.
  6. Now cut the sandwich into 4 slices.
  7. Serve them with some ketchup.
