» How to make Aloo Tikki Wrap:

  1. Lay the tortilla down on a cutting board. Then start cutting with a knife from the center to the edge of the tortilla.
  2. Starting at the bottom left quadrant, spread mint coriander chutney to the left quadrant. Then place crispy aloo tikki on it and smash it slightly.
  3. To the top left quadrant, add lettuce, cucumber, tomato slices, and pickled onions.
  4. On the top right quadrant, spread some tomato ketchup.
  5. Then, on the last quadrant, spread mayochup/mayonnaise and then top it with cheese slice or shredded cheese.
