- 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
- 100 grams fresh strawberries, sliced
- 200 g dark chocolate (70% or more)
- 2-3 tablespoons almond flakes

- Line a tray with parchment paper and place the dates on it.
- Cover with another parchment and press into a flat, even layer.
- Flip the base and spread peanut butter evenly on top.

- Arrange strawberry slices evenly over the peanut butter layer.
- Pat them dry to remove excess moisture.
- Melt dark chocolate in the microwave in short intervals, stirring in between.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the strawberries and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle almond flakes on top.
- Freeze for about 1 hour or until firm.
- Cut into bars or break into pieces and enjoy.
