RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Roll out pastry sheet until 5mm thick.
  2. Cut 4 rounds from pastry.
  3. Line pans with pastry sheets, gently press into the edges, trim off any excessive pastry.
  4. Prick them with fork and refrigerate for 30 mins minutes.
  5. Chop the snickers.
  6. Preheat oven to 180°C. Place pans on a baking tray. Bake for 15 minutes or until edges are light golden.
  7. Once baked, remove them from the oven and set aside to cool.
  8. Add cream in a pan and boil it.
  9. Next, break up the dark chocolate, semi-sweet chocolate into a large bowl with the butter and honey.
  10. Remove the cream from the heat and pour it over the chocolates.
  11. Whisk until the chocolate and butter has fully melted and the mixture becomes glossy.
  12. Divide Snickers between baked pastry shells.
  13. Then pour the chocolate into the cooled tart shells.
  14. Top with apple hearts and sprinkle some chopped snickers.
  15. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until set. Enjoy!
