  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Add garlic cloves and parsley to the grinder.
  3. Grind to make a coarse mixture. Keep it aside.
  4. Cut the bread diagonal on both sides, and make sure to cut only ? of the way through the bread. Do not cut all the way through the bread.
  5. Use your fingers and stuff in cheese between the cuts. You don't need to be very neat.
  6. In a bowl add garlic-parsley mixture, oil, melted butter, ground black pepper, and salt.
  7. Mix well until combined.
  8. Now using a spoon, pour the garlic mixture all over the top and between each piece of bread.
  9. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and place the loaf of bread in the center. Gather up the sides of the aluminum foil and wrap the loaf and bake for 15 minutes.
  10. Now unwrap and bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the top is nice and crusty.
  11. Serve immediately.
