  1. Roughly break 12 Oreo cookies and place them in your blender. Add vanilla ice cream, chocolate ganache or syrup, and chilled milk. Blend until the mixture reaches a mostly smooth consistency.
  2. Gently spoon or brush the edges of 3 tall glasses with chocolate syrup. Dip the chocolate-coated edges of the glasses into the Oreo cookie crumbs and keep rotating to ensure even coating. Pour the blended Oreo milkshake into the prepared glasses.
  3. Top each glass with whipped cream and Oreo cookies for an added touch, if desired. Serve immediately.

RECIPE NOTES

  1. If you are into a lighter variation of milkshakes, or don?t like ice cream in the milkshake then skip the vanilla ice cream. To attain the same creamy and thick consistency, you can add frozen banana slices.
  2. Always remember to serve milkshakes that are chilled but not frozen as frozen milkshakes are hard to sip through a straw. If it is frozen, then let it thaw slightly before serving.
