» Make Oats Orange Eggless Muffins Batter//

  1. In a bowl soak oats in orange juice and hot water for 15 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl cream together margarine and sugars.
  3. After that, add orange pulp and orange zest to the bowl and whisk well to combine.
  4. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.
  5. Stir into batter.
  6. Add vanilla extract and figs and whisk again.
  7. Batter is ready, keep it aside.

  1. Spoon batter into orange cups.
  2. Sprinkle oats and bake at 175°C for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  3. Drizzle muffins with chocolate suace and dust with some icing sugar.
  4. Eat warm and enjoy!

  1. Preheat the muffin maker.
  2. Pour batter to fill bottom of a well heated and greased heart shaped muffin maker machine.
  3. Sprinkle muffin cups with some rolled oats.
  4. Cook according to manufacturers directions, mine takes about 5 minutes.
  5. Take out the muffins from the muffin maker machine.
  6. Drizzle with some chocolate sauce and dust with some icing sugar. Serve warm or at room temperature.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F/175°C. Paper-line muffin pans.
  2. Spoon batter into prepared muffin pans, filling ½ full.
  3. Bake at 175°C for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. Drizzle chocolate sauce and dust some icing sugar.
  5. Eat warm or cold and enjoy!
