  1. Add coriander leaves, moong dal, ginger, onion, tomato, green chili, chopped, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander leaves, chaat masala, lemon juice, and salt a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix well to combine.
  3. Heat a pan. Spread butter, and place a bread slice on it. Toast for a 1 minute.
  4. Apply butter, and ketchup on top. Now take 2 tbsp of mixture and spread it on the bread.
  5. Apply some butter on top.
  6. Flip it over, and Press gently to cook till the bread become golden brown and crisp. it would take about 1 to 2 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat, and repeat the process with remaining bread slices. Sprinkle some bhujia on top.
  8. Serve hot before it gets soggy!
