» How to make Masala Kaju (Spicy Roasted Cashew Nuts) in an Air Fryer:

  1. Preheat air fryer air-fryer to 160°C / 325°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add raw cashews, ghee/oil, red chili powder, black pepper, chaat masala powder, and salt.
  3. Mix well to coat.
  4. Place seasoned cashew nuts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 6 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
  6. Remove the cashew nuts from the basket and transfer them onto a cool plate. Let them cool for 10 minutes.
  7. Store spicy roasted cashews/masala kaju in an airtight container and enjoy them for up to 2 weeks.

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C / 325°F. Line a baking/roasting tray with parchment paper or foil paper for easy cleanup.
