RECIPE INGREDIENTS
» For Oat Latte
- cups (450 ml) warm oat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 6-7 cups ice cubes
» For dalgona
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1.5 tablespoons hot water
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
» How to Make Iced Oat Latte
- Add ice cubes to a large glass. In a separate cup, mix oat milk and ground cinnamon.
- Froth until light and slightly creamy.
- Add the frothed oat milk to the glass.
- In another bowl, combine coffee, brown sugar, and hot water.
- Whip until fluffy and thick like dalgona whipped coffee.
- Pour the whipped coffee over the oat milk.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and stir and sip.
RECIPE NOTES
- For this dalgona version, use instant coffee only.
- Feel free to adjust sugar to taste, but avoid reducing too much or the foam may not form properly. A 1:1 ratio works best.
