» How to Make Iced Oat Latte

  1. Add ice cubes to a large glass. In a separate cup, mix oat milk and ground cinnamon.
  2. Froth until light and slightly creamy.
  3. Add the frothed oat milk to the glass.
  4. In another bowl, combine coffee, brown sugar, and hot water.
  5. Whip until fluffy and thick like dalgona whipped coffee.
  6. Pour the whipped coffee over the oat milk.
  7. Sprinkle cinnamon and stir and sip.

RECIPE NOTES

  1. For this dalgona version, use instant coffee only.
  2. Feel free to adjust sugar to taste, but avoid reducing too much or the foam may not form properly. A 1:1 ratio works best.
