RECIPE INGREDIENTS

- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 2 tablespoon Nutella or any spread
- 1 shot (30 ml) hot espresso
- 1 tablespoon crushed roasted hazelnuts
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
» For making Hazelnut Affogato
- Spread nutella in a serving cup. Sprinkle with roatsed chopped hazelnuts. Scoop the vanilla ice cream into the serving glass or bowl. Smoothen the top. Sprinkle with more roasted hazelnuts. Freeze for 10 minutes.
- Scoop out the ice cream from the centre using a spoon or a apple corer. Pour the hot espresso into the hollow centre. Your delicious hazelnut affogato is ready. Serve immediately and enjoy the hot-cold, nutty delight.
RECIPE NOTES
- Use toasted hazelnuts for the best nutty taste and to bring out their nuttiness.
- For extra indulgence and presentation, you can also drizzle some warm Nutella over the top right before serving it.
