» How to make Gulkand Lassi (Rose Lassi):

  1. Put chilled yogurt, chilled milk, gulkand, rose syrup, and cardamom to a blender.
  2. Blend for about 2 minutes.
  3. Pour lassi into glasses.
  4. Sprinkle with some dried rose petals, chopped cashews, and pistachios.
  5. Drizzle with some rose syrup.
  6. Serve immediately or keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.


  1. You can also honey or sugar as per your taste. I did not add any because rose syrup and gulkand both are sweet.
  2. This lassi is more like a milkshake consistency, but you can also add some crushed ice if you want it thinner.
  3. You can store this lassi for up to 1 day in the refrigerator.
