  1. Heat ghee in a pan.
  2. Crumble khoya and add it to the pan. Saute for about 1 minute.
  3. Add 1 cup desiccated coconut and saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Then sugar and saute for another 2 minutes.
  5. Now add milk and mix well. Saute for 1 more minute.
  6. Add cocoa powder and saute for 2 minutes.
  7. Add rose water and mix well. Add cardamom and saute for 1 minute.
  8. Remove from heat and let it cool off. Once cooled, take ½ cup desiccated coconut in plate.
  9. Roll the mixture into a log.
  10. Flatten it and arrange cashews on top.
  11. Join the edges and roll into a log again.
  12. After that, coat it with desiccated coconut.
  13. Cut into 10-12 equal sizes.
  14. Roll and press each piece to make a disc, and then coat with desiccated coconut. Top each disc with almond.
  15. Decorate Chocolate Coconut Delights with edible silver leaves.
  16. Enjoy an after meal dessert or a snack.
