RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS

» Making Cheesecake Base:

  1. Add marie biscuits to a blender and grind.
  2. Add melted butter and grind more.
  3. Take 4 shot glasses.
  4. Scoop 2 tbsp into the bottom each glass and the press crumbs into the bottom to pack in.
  5. In a bowl, add the softened cream cheese with the sugar and vanilla.
  6. Beat well for 2 minutes or until smooth. Divide this cream into 4 portions.

» Making Caramel swirl cheesecake shot:

  1. Combine caramel and one portion of cream cheese and fold gently.
  2. Carefully spoon over the ground biscuits and smoothen the top.
  3. Drizzle some more caramel sauce. And freeze for 3 hours. Top with some crushed marie biscuits and serve chills.

» Making Chocolate Coffee Cheesecake Shot:

  1. Combine cocoa powder, brewed coffee and one portion of cream cheese and fold gently.
  2. Carefully spoon over the ground biscuits and smooth the top.
  3. Drizzle some more chocolate sauce. And freeze for 3 hours. Top with some crushed marie biscuits and serve.

  1. Combine strawberry jam and one portion of cream cheese and fold gently.
  2. Carefully spoon over the ground biscuits and smoothen the top.
  3. And freeze for 3 hours. Top with some frozen strawberries, strawberry jam and crushed marie biscuits.

» Making Blueberry Cheesecake Shot:

  1. Combine blueberry jam and one portion of cream cheese and fold gently.
  2. Carefully spoon over the ground biscuits and smoothen the top.
  3. And freeze for 3 hours. Top with some frozen blueberries, blueberry jam and crushed marie biscuits.

RECIPE NOTES

  1. You can use also digestive biscuits instead of marie biscuits.
