  1. Remove the pistachios from their shells, then roughly chop them. Set aside.
  2. Add the chopped dark chocolate to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until smooth and melted.
  3. Add the pistachio butter to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 15-20 seconds, or until smooth and pourable.
  4. Line a loaf pan or shallow container with parchment paper. Arrange the blueberries in a single layer in the prepared container. Drizzle the melted pistachio butter over the blueberries and gently spread it into an even layer.
  5. Sprinkle half of the chopped pistachios over the pistachio butter. Pour the melted dark chocolate over the top and spread it into an even layer. Sprinkle the remaining chopped pistachios over the melted chocolate. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, or until completely set.
  6. Once firm, lift the bark out using the parchment paper. Slice or break into pieces and serve.
