  1. Add frozen blueberries, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon powder, and honey to a or food processor and until smooth.
  2. Add chia seeds and mix well.
  3. Seal the jar and let it sit for 5 minutes. After that, stir the pudding again to make sure that there are no lumps at the bottom. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set. You can also freeze it overnight.
  4. Divide the pudding into 2 glasses.
  5. Top with a generous amount of coconut whipped cream of natural yogurt.
  6. Add some fresh blueberries on the top and enjoy.

RECIPE NOTES

  1. I have used frozen blueberries for this recipe because they give a nice thick texture. However, you can surely use fresh ones.
  2. If you dont have enough blueberries, then you can also add other berries like strawberry or raspberry.
  3. This recipe yields 2 jar sized servings. But you can easily double or triple this recipe as per your need.
  4. To make it vegan, replace honey with maple syrup.
