  1. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions to it.
  2. Sauté for 5 minutes.
  3. Add sliced zucchini and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Now add peaches and sauté for 2 minutes.
  5. Add crushed garlic, salt and turmeric powder and mix well.
  6. Sauté for 5 minutes.
  7. Now add cooked black eyed beans, curry powder, garam masala powder, soya milk and honey.
  8. Mix well and cook covered for 5 minutes on medium-high heat.
  9. Add kasuri methi and mix well.
  10. Cook covered for another 5-7 minutes and remove from heat.
  11. Serve this delicious curry with hot rice or any other flat-bread.
