- 6-8 fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
- 1-2 tablespoons chili crisp (start with 1 tablespoon)

- Juice of 1 lime (about 2 tablespoons)
- ¼ teaspoon dried or fresh chives, sliced

RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
» How to Make Asian-Inspired Chili Lime Grape Salad
- Wash and dry both the grapes thoroughly. Then remove them from stems, then slice them them in half.
- Stack the basil leaves, fold them into a roll slice it thinly.
- Also add roasted peanuts to a blender and blend until roughly crushed.
- Whisk together the chili crisp, honey, sesame oil, lime juice, salt, and lime zest. Taste the dressing.
- After mixing the dressing, dip one grape into it and taste.
- If the flavor is balanced, then add the sliced grapes to the bowl to dress the whole salad. Then sprinkle the crushed peanuts, basil, sesame seeds, and chives, and then toss gently until coated.
- Finish with a few extra basil ribbons, peanuts, sesame seeds for serving.
RECIPE NOTES
- Make sure the grapes are well dried so the dressing coats them nicely.
- The honey or maple syrup is optional, depending on how sweet your grapes are.
- I like to add the peanuts, sesame seeds, and basil at the end so they stay fresh and crunchy.
