» Prepare the Broccoli

  1. Cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets. Keep them similar in size for even cooking. Also, don?t discard the broccoli stem. You can roast or air fry it too.
  2. Transfer the broccoli florets to a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, and toss well until evenly coated.

  1. Line the air fryer basket and spread the broccoli in a single layer. Air fry at 190°C/375°F for 10 minutes or until lightly roasted with crispy golden edges.
  2. Remove the broccoli from the air fryer and immediately add chili flakes, butter, and minced garlic. Toss well while the broccoli is hot so the butter melts and coats every floret evenly. Return the broccoli to the air fryer and air fry again at 190°C/375°F for 5 more minutes until crispy and caramelized.

» Serving

  1. Transfer the crispy garlic butter broccoli to a serving plate and spoon over all the buttery garlic bits left in the liner. Serve hot with the creamy yogurt sriracha dip.
