RECIPE INGREDIENTS
» For 2-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies
- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter (I used a mix of crunchy & creamy)
- 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup sugar free
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
» Make the Dough
- In a bowl, mix the peanut butter with maple syrup until a smooth dough forms.
» Shape the Cookies
- Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Scoop out small portions (about 1 tablespoon each) and roll them into balls.
- Place the dough balls on the parchment-lined tray, spaced about 1 inch apart. Flatten gently with a wet or greased fork, creating a crisscross pattern on each cookie.
» Baking & Cooling
- Bake for 9-10 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
- Carefully transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Your healthy, delicious, and protein-packed 2-ingredient peanut butter cookies are ready to enjoy!
» Serving & Storage
- Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
RECIPE NOTES
- These cookies can be baked in a large batch. So, feel free to double or triple the recipe.
- Since it is the star of this recipe, it is best to use natural peanut butter which has no added sugar or oil for best results.
