Time is flying: Am I dreaming or August is ending for real? Woah! Where did all these 8 months go? What was I doing all this time? Well, when the time is close to autumn, this happens with me every year.

It’s like a clock, September rolls around and I start thinking about the year-end? 😉

Start Monday with baking: So how about we start our week with some quick, healthy and deliciously essential baking? Yes! I have a bread for you which is healthy and delicious. It’s Rye Irish Soda Bread.

My dilemma: I kept this bread for so long in my drafts, because I was in a dilemma if I wanted to share this or not. I didn’t want to post it here, because this is a very basic bread recipe, and probably everyone knows about this.

I shouldn’t share this bread recipe on my blog.

Reasons to share this: Then I thought of a reason. It’s that even though it is a very basic recipe, this earth is a very large place, and there will be thousands of people who don’t know about this bread yet.

And they don’t know if they want this bread or not until they see how this is made. Like, I am not Irish myself, so I got this recipe from somewhere. Imagine, if those recipe-makers would have thought the same I wouldn’t have gotten this recipe myself.

And the world would not be a better place then.

Baking is best in any weather: I agree that this is little early for baking season because September is still a summer month in some countries, but here in Europe it’s more like an autumn-ish month. That feel of autumn itself makes me dream for a freshly baked bread.

Baking bread is always fun, and like many of you, I also feel that homemade breads are the BEST.
