Is it okay if I give you just a little warning at the beginning of this post?

The warning is that I am mildly excited about this post. Sorry, actually I take ‘mild’ word back and now I say, I am supremely excited about today’s post.

You know why? Just read the name of the dish I am sharing today, and you might get some clue. Did you read it? Any ideas what I am talking about?

Okay, let me make myself clear just in case you didn’t find the pearl in the ocean. 😉 There is something in the name of dish, which is ’Pull Apart GARLIC Parsley Bread’.

Any guesses? NO? Nothing still?

Okay. It has ‘GARLIC’ in it. And what is my blog name?

It is ‘My Ginger GARLIC Kitchen’. The dish’s name has garlic and blog name also has garlic in it. Do you see any connection now?

Well, the connection is that I am greatly in love with GARLIC, and thus I even named my blog after GARLIC.

And my today’s recipe includes lots and lots of pungent garlic flavor….oh gosh, I love garlic. Can’t really get enough of it.

November and December are those cold months when we want all warm dishes. If you want to make me happy — hand me over a warm garlic loaf and I would be really very happy. December brings the holiday season too, and that’s why it’s the best time of the year!

The best season deserves the best. So I made the best thing ever with GARLIC for this holiday season. And I am dancing with joy over this. OHH, I don’t have enough words to say — or may be my brain is frozen that can’t get over GARLIC.

As December is approaching it seems that I have a long list of dishes to share, because I am planning to take a break during my India trip. I might be active on social media but no new posts on blog.

This way I could give all my time to family and friends who are waiting to meet me.

What do you think? Is it a good idea to get away from this space which I love the most?

I am so confused. But at the same time I also think, like all relationships to remain healthy, I also need to take a break from this blog for some days. And when my blog and I meet again after a break, we will meet with double passion. Of course, we both will miss each other.

But this is HOLIDAY time, so I will let my blog relax, and I also hope that my blog wouldn’t hate me for leaving it for a month! 🙂

See, I convinced myself. But still, not convinced enough.

While I was in this dilemma of whether to take a break or not, Abhishek came to the rescue. He said, if my blog would have been a person, it would have said something like this.

My Ginger Garlic Kitchen: “I love you so much, I will miss you. But I also know that you are meeting with your family. So go and have lots of fun with them. And I will wait for you to come back to me. Have fun filled holidays”.

Hahaha…and I would have replied like this.

I: “Oh my gosh, I love you so much ‘MY GINGER GARLIC KITCHEN’. This time is also a testing time for both of us, and let’s promise each other that we both will live upto our expectations.

You entertain and educate the blog visitors so that they leave with a happy feeling, and I would entertain and educate family and friends.” 😉

My Ginger Garlic Kitchen: Yes, we will. Three cheers to that! Hip Hip Hurray! 🙂

So, this is how I decided not to post a new dish during my holidays.

Now let me just tell you all about this aromatic ‘Pull Apart Garlic Parsley Bread’. No matter whether you are BIG garlic fan or not, you will surely like it.

This has a distinct flavor of garlic and parsley. It’s buttery + oily + cheesy. In short it is everything you need to feel that tangy sensation.

Give it a try if you haven’t tried pull apart bread yet, you are gonna love it. And if you have tried it, then you know why you love this. Because it has goodness of garlic bread + this is also cheesy. And there are higher chances that you might not want to go back to regular garlic bread again. Every piece of this bread speaks about garlic, butter and cheese.

Kids would just love to munch on this, and we elders can’t stop eating because this bread is heavenly. This Pull-Apart Garlic Parsley Bread is super easy and ready in less than 30 minutes. People would go wild over this golden, garlicky and buttery loaf.

There’s such an intense flavor in every bite.

Making this bread is not only easy but also so much fun. Abhishek loved this, Little-A loved this, and needless to mention, I also loved it. In fact, I started eating it right after the oven, in the same baking dish.

However, a little confession here; I had a plan to click a photo while I was pulling a bread piece. But you know what, as I soon as I grabbed a piece that went into my mouth, and then second and third. And seeing me eating bread, Little-A and daddy also joined me.

Thus, there was almost no bread left to click a photo of.
